Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our growing team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure the integrity of financial information, effectiveness of internal controls, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in identifying risks, recommending improvements, and safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute internal audit engagements, including financial, operational, and compliance audits, in accordance with professional standards and the annual audit plan.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control weaknesses and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform detailed testing of transactions, records, and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Identify and assess risks across various business functions and processes,



developing audit programs to address these risks effectively.
- Prepare transparent, concise, and objective audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and practical recommendations for management.
- Present audit findings to management and relevant stakeholders, facilitating discussions and gaining agreement on proposed corrective actions.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective remediation of identified issues.
- Maintain a solid understanding of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to internal audit.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and external auditors, fostering strong working relationships.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and refinement of internal audit methodologies, policies, and procedures.
