Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Presentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations. The primary responsibility of this role is to create professional PowerPoint presentations for the Sales team based on business requirements and support the team with accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for the Sales team as per business requirements.
- Design visually appealing and business-focused presentations with accurate content.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze and organize data to support business and sales operations.
- Create business documents, reports, and proposals using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and compile required information.




- Ensure timely delivery of reports and presentations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and reports.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Presentation Executive or in a similar reporting role
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
