Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor with 1–2 years of experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center, ensuring a smooth service experience by understanding customer concerns, coordinating with the workshop team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain the recommended service and repair work.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress, additional repairs, costs, and estimated delivery timelines.
- Provide service estimates and obtain customer approvals before commencing additional work.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper explanation of the work completed.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries professionally.




- Maintain accurate service records and customer information in the dealership management system (DMS).
- Promote value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories when appropriate.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing service role within the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes.
- Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
