This is a generalist role built around trust and versatility. The candidate will represent the promoters directly — across marketing, production coordination, and basic accounts — with equal seriousness given to each area. Loyalty, reliability, and adaptability matter more than specialization in any single function.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

- Cold calling and lead generation for prospective clients in the region
- Following up on leads, scheduling and attending client meetings
- Coordinating sample dispatches and client relationship follow-ups
- Representing the company at industry meets and trade contacts as needed Production & Operations
- Coordinating between printing, lamination, and pouching teams
- Liaising with machine operators, supervisors, and labor
- Tracking raw material stock, dispatches, and production schedules

Accounts & Administration

- Day-to-day cash/bank entries, vendor payments, and basic ledger work
- General administrative support for plant operations

Overall

- Acting as the single point of contact between the plant and promoters, with regular reporting
- Flagging issues early — quality, delays, client concerns — before they escalate
- Willingness to take on varied tasks as the day requires

Candidate Profile & Required Skills

- Working proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi an advantage)
- Basic accounting knowledge — cash/bank entries, ledgers (Tally or similar an advantage)
- Prior experience in a generalist role at a manufacturing, trading, or similar business
- Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in client-facing situations
- Basic computer literacy — MS Excel, Word, email
- Reliable work history; long tenures at previous employers preferred
- Willing to be based in Nagpur and available at the plant daily Production & Operations
