Accountants Club Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a confident and professional Calling Executive with robust English communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with U.S.-based customers.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, conducting follow-ups, collecting basic information, and coordinating appointments. Complete knowledge transfer and training regarding our services will be provided, enabling the candidate to assist customers effectively and professionally over time.
Responsibilities
* Make and receive customer calls professionally
* Speak with U.S.-based clients in clear English
* Explain basic service information after training is provided
* Collect customer details and required information
* Follow up with leads and existing customers by phone, email, or WhatsApp
* Schedule appointments or callbacks when needed
* Maintain call notes and customer details in CRM
* Coordinate with the internal team for customer requests
* Provide polite and helpful customer support
Requirements
* Excellent spoken English
* Clear communication and professional phone etiquette
* Comfortable speaking with customers in the U.S.
* Basic computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets, email, and CRM use
* Positive listening skills and ability to follow instructions
* Result oriented, Reliable, organized, and responsible
* Prior calling, customer service, telecalling, BPO, or sales support experience preferred
* Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, trucking, or business services is preferrable
Preferred Skills
* Experience with U.S. customer calling
* Neutral or easy-to-understand accent
* Ability to work during U.S. time zones
* Confidence in handling customer questions
