We are seeking experienced Visa Processing Executives to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing.
- Experience handling PR, Work Visa, and Student Visa applications.
- Solid knowledge of visa documentation, immigration requirements, and application procedures.
- Hands-on experience with visa processing software and online immigration portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage PR, Work Visa, and Student Visa applications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify client documents and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, application status, and additional requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications within the stipulated timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and update visa processing systems regularly.
- Follow up with immigration authorities and relevant stakeholders on application status.
- Resolve client queries related to visa documentation and processing.
- Ensure timely submission, tracking, and completion of visa applications while maintaining high service standards.
