Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee documentation activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications:

- Any graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
