Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, client acquisition, and promoting pest management services to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Identify customer pest control requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct site visits and prepare service quotations.




- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely service execution.
- Follow up on renewals and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Collect customer feedback and support payment follow-ups when required.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or pest control/facility management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
