Job Description

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their educational requirements, and guide them toward suitable courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp to explain available courses and educational programs.
- Respond to enquiries generated through websites, social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling sessions with the Education Counsellor or Admissions Team.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize admission conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and admission targets.
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.





Skills And Qualifications

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or educational admissions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the education, training, or EdTech industry.
- Good listening and counselling skills.
- Ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
