- Build Robust Last mile network and team.
- Manage the rider / delivery boy operations of the area(s) allocated.
- Ensure adequate supply of riders / delivery boys as per demand plan.
- Training, on boarding & payout management of riders / delivery boys.
- Build value proposition through different activities, partnerships or benefit offerings.
- Drive Metrics like Orders per hour, Earnings per hour and Cost per order.
- Drive High performance & customer focused culture.
- Provide support to the city and central team during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
