Job Description – Counter Staff & Counter Incharge

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and dining area.
- Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and replenish stock when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order preparation and delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
- For Counter Incharge:



Supervise daily counter operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth shift management.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service industry is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
