Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations at our RMC Plant in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in the infrastructure/construction industry, be proficient in Nway ERP software, and possess strong knowledge of core HR functions and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations at the RMC Plant.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation through Nway ERP.

- Handle employee onboarding, induction, transfers, and exit formalities.

- Coordinate recruitment activities for plant manpower requirements.

- Process attendance and payroll inputs accurately.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.





- Coordinate with site and corporate HR teams for HR-related activities.

- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).

- 4–6 years of HR experience in the infrastructure, construction, or RMC industry.

- Hands-on experience with Nway ERP software is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance management, statutory compliance, and labour laws.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently in a plant environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
