Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in furniture and interior design. The ideal candidate should possess solid design visualization skills along with practical knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes. The role requires developing detailed production-ready drawings, coordinating with factory and site teams, and ensuring designs are aesthetically appealing, technically feasible, and optimized for manufacturing.

The candidate will work closely with the Design, Production, Procurement, CNC, and Installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Develop innovative interior and furniture designs with effective space planning and ergonomic considerations.

2. Prepare accurate working, production, and shop drawings for manufacturing and execution.

3. Design modular and custom furniture solutions with detailed technical specifications.

4. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and finish schedules for project execution.

5. Coordinate with production, CNC, procurement,



and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

6. Review designs for manufacturing feasibility, cost efficiency, and installation practicality.

7. Select suitable materials, finishes, and hardware based on project and production requirements.

8. Ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and compliance throughout production and installation.

9. Optimize material utilization and support cost-control initiatives to reduce wastage.

10. Provide site coordination and technical support during installation and project execution.

11. Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and progress reports accurately.

12. Drive continuous improvement through innovative design solutions and updated industry knowledge.
