Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote banking and financial products/services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Work closely with the team to drive business growth.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is essential.
- Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Strong passion for sales and customer service.




- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Banking, financial services, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in sales are welcome to apply.
