Job Title: Algo Operator (NISM Certified)

Location: Jaipur (Onsite)
Experience: 1–3+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined and market-savvy Algo Operator to monitor, execute, and manage algorithmic trading strategies in live markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity and derivatives markets with hands-on experience in trading platforms and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and execute algorithmic trading strategies.
- Track live market movements and ensure smooth algo operations.
- Manage orders, positions, and trade execution.
- Monitor risk parameters and report anomalies.
- Coordinate with the quant/technical team to resolve execution issues.
- Maintain trading logs and performance reports.

Mandatory Skills

- NISM Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;) markets.
- Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading platforms.




- Understanding of order execution, risk management, and position monitoring.
- Familiarity with NSE/BSE trading systems.
- Knowledge of market microstructure, order types, and trading regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL/Python is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during live market hours.

Preferred

- Experience with OMS/RMS, API-based trading, or broker platforms (e.g., Zerodha Kite, Alice Blue, Fyers, Upstox, etc.).
- Exposure to quantitative or systematic trading strategies.

Qualification: Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification: Valid NISM Certification (Mandatory).v

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
