Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge chatbot AI systems that leverage the

power of GPT-3.4/4.0 and NLP to enhance customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve

user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-

driven chatbots that provide intelligent responses and engage users effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business

objectives and customer needs.

- Design and implement AI chatbots using GPT-3.4/4.0 and NLP to deliver personalized,

context-aware responses.

- Integrate and leverage 3rd party APIs for data enrichment and additional functionalities

within chatbot solutions.

- Train, fine-tune, and optimize chatbot models for enhanced performance.
- Develop conversation flows and dialog management strategies to ensure smooth and

natural interactions.

- Integrate chatbot solutions into various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and

messaging channels.

- Monitor and maintain chatbot performance, making necessary updates and improvements.
- Conduct regular analysis of chatbot interactions to identify areas for enhancement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP,



and chatbot technology to bring

innovation to the team.

- Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data availability and quality for AI

model training.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on chatbot

capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing and understanding of AI concepts.
- Experience working with GPT-3.4/4.0 or similar language models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Proficient in chatbot development frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot

Framework, HuggingFace etc).

- Knowledge of chatbot development libraries and NLP tools.
- Ability to design and implement conversational AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Solid teamwork and collaboration abilities.
