Key Responsibilities

Measurement & Billing Take site measurements as per drawings and BOQ

Prepare Running Account Bills (RAB), Final Bills, Extra Items, Deviations

Check contractor bills and raise queries

Documentation Maintain Measurement Books (MB), abstract sheets

Prepare billing statements, bar charts, and progress reportsCoordinate with client consultants for bill certification

Contracts & Claims Understand contract terms, BOQ rates, and specifications

Handle variation orders, extra items, and rate analysisSupport in claims, arbitration, and dispute resolution

Cost Control Track project cost vs budgetDo rate analysis for recent itemsPrepare monthly cost reports for management

Coordination Work with site engineers, planning, procurement, and accounts teamEnsure all bill documents match with site progressLiaise with client for approvals and payments

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
