Product knowledge today is scattered across catalogues, calls, and personal networks, forcing every decision to be rebuilt from scratch. We're replacing that with a single digital system where manufacturers, distributors, designers, contractors, and buyers all work from the same source of truth, backed by verified lab data rather than claims. We're not a lighting company; we're the infrastructure the lighting industry runs on.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview: -

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager with 0 to 1 year of experience to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, up to date with social media trends, and able to plan and execute content that engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage the day-to-day posting calendar and ensure consistent brand presence
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages,



and build community interaction
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform updates
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, reels, and captions
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
- Research relevant hashtags, trends, and content ideas to boost visibility

Requirements: -

- 0 to 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field (freshers welcome)
- Valuable understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Basic content writing and captioning skills
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visual and written content
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple posting schedules

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
