To ensure compliance with GMP requirements through effective in-process quality checks, monitoring of dispensing, manufacturing and packing activities and adherence to approved proccdures on the shop floor.
B. Key Role tasks
- Verify area cleanliness and environmental conditions in dispensing, manufacturing, and packing areas before and during operations.
- Verify cleanliness status of equipment prior to initiation of dispensing, manufacturing, and packing activities.
- Perform and document in-process quality checks during manufacturing and batch packing operations.
- Verify instrument and equipment usage logbooks, calibration status, and daily verification records.
- Collect and maintain control samples of finished products as per SOP requirements. Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs on the shop floor.
- Report any non-conformance, deviation, incident, or abnormality immediately to the QA Head.
- Collect bulk and finished product samples and submit them to Quality Control for analysis.
