Job Title: Tele-Counselor – Legal Consultation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele-Counselor to connect with potential clients, understand their legal concerns, and schedule consultations with our legal team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with extensive outbound calling, and possess strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.

- Handle inbound inquiries and explain the firm's legal consultation services.

- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.

- Schedule legal consultation appointments with advocates or legal experts.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.

- Follow up with leads to maximize consultation bookings.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy while interacting with clients.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, tele-counseling, or customer Service

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).

- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office

- Ability to work under targets and manage extensive calling.

Preferred Qualities:

- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
