Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect / Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), Business Central, Azure, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, client interaction, and leading end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and requirement gathering.
- Work on pre-sales activities including RFPs, proposals, solution presentations, and estimations.
- Lead implementation projects and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Design integration solutions using Azure services.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and best practices.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience in:
- Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)




- Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Azure
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience in Solution Architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure OpenAI / AI Services
- Experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, Real Estate, or Skilled Services domains.
- Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform).
