Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Admission Counsellor who can be the first point of contact for parents and students. You’ll help families understand our academic model, guide them through the admission process, and build long-term trust in the Narayana brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Counselling: Meet walk-ins, attend calls, and respond to leads from website, ads, and referrals. Understand parent needs and guide them on courses, fee structure, scholarships.
- Admission Conversion: Conduct school tours, demo classes, and presentations. Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Target Driven: Achieve monthly admission targets given by the centre head.
- Data & CRM: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM. Daily reporting to management.
- Outreach: Participate in school events, education fairs, and community activities for brand promotion. Coordinate with local schools and coaching for tie-ups.




- Parent Support: Be the bridge between parents and academic team. Handle queries about curriculum, transport, fee, and facilities with empathy.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Graduate in any stream. MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years in education counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles. Freshers with great communication can also apply.
- Skills:

○ Excellent Hindi + English + Punjabi communication skills

○ Confident personality and convincing skills

○ Target-oriented with good convincing and negotiation ability

○ Basic computer + MS Office + CRM knowledge

- Attitude: Patient with parents, proactive, and passionate about education.
