- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with API Management, Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace issues within complex software environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based integration platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools to optimize support workflows and reduce manual interventions.
