CSK Bio Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Biomedical Engineer with expertise in BSL-2/BSL-3 and ABSL-2/ABSL-3 laboratory environments, biomedical equipment maintenance, HVAC systems, cleanroom utilities, and laboratory validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, and validation of biomedical equipment and laboratory utility systems, ensuring compliance with biosafety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of biomedical and laboratory equipment.
- Operation and maintenance of BSL-2/BSL-3 and ABSL laboratory systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective (breakdown) maintenance of biomedical equipment and laboratory utilities.
- Troubleshoot biomedical instruments and HVAC-related systems.
- Operate and maintain AHUs, Exhaust Systems, Chillers, and Cleanroom Utility Systems.
- Maintain Biosafety Cabinets (BSCs), Pass Boxes, Autoclaves, and other laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, OEMs, and vendors for maintenance and service activities.
- Prepare service reports, preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Monitor HVAC parameters, including differential pressure, temperature, and humidity.




- Support equipment qualification, validation, and calibration activities.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, GMP/GLP guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across India, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in biomedical equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience working in BSL-2/BSL-3 and ABSL laboratory environments (Biosafety Laboratories).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom operations.
- Experience with Biosafety Cabinets (BSCs), Autoclaves, Pass Boxes, AHUs, Exhaust Systems, Chillers, and other laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, validation, and calibration procedures.
- Familiarity with BMS/SCADA systems.
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
