Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Purpose:

Manage core HR functions while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Manage employee relations and resolve grievances
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Maintain HR records and manage employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Process payroll and manage compensation & benefits
- Prepare HR reports and analyze key metrics




- Monitor HR processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Support audits and implement process improvements
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

4–8 years of HR experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
