Position: Safety Engineer (Building Projects)
Payroll: Indus Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Building Construction / Real Estate / PMC Projects
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements.
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure PPE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and statutory records.
- Coordinate with the PMC team,



client, and contractors to ensure a safe working setting.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in Building/High-Rise/PMC projects.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent Safety Certification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, OSHA, NBC, and construction safety practices.
- Good communication, reporting, and MS Office skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
