Product Development Manager — AI Applications, Platform Engineering & DevOps

Job Summary

Mardamed is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on technology leader to manage the end-to-end development, deployment, enhancement, and operational excellence of the Mardamed application ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine modern AI-assisted software development expertise with strong platform engineering, systems integration, cloud architecture, and DevOps capabilities.

This role will be responsible for driving rapid innovation using AI-powered development platforms such as Lovable, Claude, Cursor, Replit, and related tools while ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Delivery

- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Mardamed platform.
- Own the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Drive Agile development practices and manage product backlogs, sprints, releases, and feature roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

AI-Assisted Development

- Leverage AI development platforms including Lovable, Claude, Cursor, Replit, and similar tools to accelerate development and improve productivity.
- Design, optimize, and maintain advanced prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted development processes.




- Establish best practices for AI-driven software engineering and code generation.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve product quality and development efficiency.

Systems Integration

- Architect and manage integrations with third-party healthcare and business platforms.

Cloud, Infrastructure & Deployment

- Design and manage hybrid and cloud-native deployments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Establish deployment pipelines across Development, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.

DevOps & Operational Excellence

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain source control and project workflows using GitHub and Jira.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and incident management practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end application development and deployment lifecycles.
- Solid expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, APIs, integrations, GitHub, Jira, and AI-assisted development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare technology and healthcare systems integration.
- Experience with PACS, RIS, LIS, pharmacy, billing, and payment systems.
- Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design expertise.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
