Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and support our resort’s online presence. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 or 2 years of minimum experience who are passionate about Marketing, social media, content creation, tech savvy and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create and publish engaging content (photos, reels, captions)
- Assist in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, basic Google Ads)
- Respond to comments, messages, and guest inquiries professionally
- Support online reputation management (Google reviews, feedback responses)
- Coordinate basic photoshoots and video shoots within the resort
- Update website content and assist with basic SEO activities
- Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)

Marketing & Campaign Support:

- Support F&B; promotions and event marketing activities
- Plan and execute festival and seasonal campaigns
- Assist in blogging, content writing, and influencer collaborations
- Contribute to brand promotion in domestic and international markets

Planning & Analytics:





- Assist in marketing calendar planning (monthly, seasonal, yearly)
- Support forecasting and campaign planning based on trends
- Assist the GM in preparing marketing budgets using historical data
- Apply basic statistical and analytical understanding for performance tracking

Requirements:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
- Very good communication skills (Fluent English mandatory – written & spoken)
- Creative mindset with interest in photography/videography
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

Preferred:

- Candidates based in Kannur or nearby
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle content
- Ability to write transparent and engaging content in English

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience, to be discussed in the interview )

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
