Billing Head plays a critical leadership role in safeguarding the financial health, cash flow, and commercial compliance of the organization's construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of client invoicing, subcontractor billing, quantity estimations verification, change-order valuations, and statutory financial compliance across all regional branches and active construction sites.

- Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B. Tech / B.E.) in Civil Engineering, or a Master's degree in Construction Management / Finance.
Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Chartered Accountancy with construction experience is highly valued.
- 2 to 3 years of robust experience in billing, quantity surveying, and contract management within a commercial construction or infrastructure enterprise.
- Key Skills
- Expert-level mastery of billing software, Advanced Excel, ERP platforms, and AutoCAD.
- Deep knowledge of standard construction industry pricing books, Indian Contract Act 1872, and local state construction and wage laws.
