A Tally Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and managing inventory using [Tally ERP/Prime] software. They generate invoices, handle tax computations (such as GST and TDS), and perform bank reconciliations to ensure real-time financial accuracy.

- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately into the software.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate skilled sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and e-way bills as required.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match company ledger accounts with official bank statements and correct any discrepancies.
- Taxation & Compliance: Compute, record, and maintain summaries for taxes like GST and TDS to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels,



record inventory inflow/outflow, and assist with periodic physical stock audits.
- Financial Reporting: Generate customized financial summaries, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, to assist management.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related financial fields.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9.
- Technical Tools: Strong command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
