Warade PackTech Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of End-of-Line Packaging Automation and Warehouse Automation solutions. We are looking for an experienced Vendor Development Engineer to strengthen our supply chain for project-based machine manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and qualify new vendors for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, and bought-out machine components.

Identify alternate suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Conduct vendor capability assessments and supplier audits.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Work closely with Design, Projects, Purchase, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely procurement for project execution.

Drive localization, value engineering, and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.

Desired Candidate Profile





5+ years of experience in Vendor Development.

Experience in project-based machine manufacturing/OEM is mandatory.

Candidates from Packaging Machinery, SPM, Industrial Automation, Material Handling, Conveyors, Robotics, Capital Equipment, or Process Equipment industries will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, machining, fabrication, bought-out industrial components, and supplier development.

Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Candidates currently based in Pune or nearby areas will be preferred.
