Profile: Sr. Manager-Solar-Surat-14 LPA

Experience:

- 7 to 12 years in Solar EPC industry

- Minimum 3+ years in team handling / managerial role

- Experience in both Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Projects

Salary Range: 12LPA - 14LPA

Roles:

- Lead and manage Rooftop Design & Ground Mounted Engineering teams

- Oversee end-to-end project planning, design validation & execution strategy

- Review SLDs, layouts, structural designs & BOQs

- Ensure timely project delivery as per EPC schedules

- Coordinate with procurement, site execution & client teams

- Monitor quality control, safety compliance & cost optimization

- Resolve technical escalations & site-level challenges

- Drive performance, productivity & reporting across teams

- Ensure compliance with DISCOM, MNRE & regulatory standards

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

- Master’s in Renewable Energy / Project Management (Preferred)

- Solid technical understanding of Solar EPC
