- Minimum of 4 years of JavaScript experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow. Experience developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in configuration of ITOM (Operation Management) module , service requests portals, service catalogs etc.
- Experience in configuration of ITOM (Operation Management) module , service requests portals, service catalogs etc.
- Experience in ServiceNow customization’s including Server and Client Scripts, UI Action,workflow administration, data import etc.
- Hands on experience on web based languages (Angular JS 1.xx ,JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML and Glide).
Experience : 4+ years
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms (though APIs like SOAP / REST )and other related applications.
- Experience in set up of ServiceNow integration (LDAP/SSO Email etc ).
- Experience in gathering requirements and implementing them.
- Experience in writing test cases, automated tests in ServiceNow.Administrative aspects of ServiceNow would be an addeded advantage.
- Experience in working in an agile setting following agile practices.
