About the Role

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Centre is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries courteously.
- Maintain accurate patient records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Process billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.





Requirements

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or fertility centres will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
