Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years in B2B sales/business development in consulting, digital services, transformation, accelerator/innovation programs.

Proven experience selling transformation services, organizational change programs, strategic frameworks (like GAP), or accelerator-based offerings.

Strong CXO-level relationship building expertise. Deep understanding of change management, digital transformation, leadership alignment, and transformation maturity models. Robust storytelling and proposal-building skills with ROI-driven narratives.

Ability to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder, high-value deals. Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot,



Salesforce, Zoho) and analytical forecasting. Desired Traits & Extras

Strong network in startup/VC/accelerator ecosystems. Experience co-designing or selling change management or transformation frameworks.

Familiarity with organizational design, leadership development, behavioural transformation, and digital adoption models. Ability to mentor junior BD teams in consultative & transformation-based selling.

Strong business acumen and understanding of growth levers used in GAP (efficiency, innovation, cost, investment strategy, business pivoting).

Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation capability.

Pay: ₹24,373.00 - ₹95,718.19 per month
