Job Summary

Sohi Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell biometric attendance systems, access control solutions, and HRMS software. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, client meetings, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets in assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell biometric devices and HRMS software solutions.
- Identify potential clients such as companies, factories, offices, schools, and institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and references.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for installation and support.
- Maintain daily sales reports.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline (Business/IT preferred).
- 0–3 years of field sales experience (IT or software sales preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Technology
- Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
