- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise planning and budgeting systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex software environments.
- Ability to work with various business system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.
