Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts / Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, vendor payments, bookkeeping, payroll support, and financial coordination for both Indian and UK accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Handle daily accounting entries, petty cash, bookkeeping, and bank-related activities.

· Manage purchase, sales, vendor payments, customer payments, invoices, credit notes, and reconciliations in Zoho Books.

· Prepare and file GST, VAT, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.

· Track outstanding payments, customer margins, refunds, reimbursements, and sales incentives.

· Prepare payment schedules, financial reports,



and support monthly/yearly closing activities.

· Maintain and digitize financial documents, bills, and company records for audit and reference purposes.

· Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for ROC, ITR, and annual company filings.

· Support procurement activities and handle basic office operational coordination when required.

Good English Communication

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience in Zoho Books.

· Positive knowledge of accounting, GST, and financial processes.

· Basic understanding of UK Accounts preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

· B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
