Hiring: Cluster Manager – Field Sales

Location: Assigned Cluster (All over India)
Job Type: Full-time | Field-Based
Reporting To: Zonal Manager
Travel Requirement: 70–80% within the assigned cluster

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Cluster Manager – Field Sales to lead field sales operations across the assigned cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of Field Executives, building strong relationships with schools, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned cluster.
- Lead, train, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 Field Executives.
- Visit schools, meet principals and school management, and close sales opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and key customer accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and monitor performance.




- Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely submission of weekly sales reports.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Manage field expenses and ensure smooth sales operations.
- Coordinate with the Zonal Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Field Sales (Education, EdTech, Publishing, or related sectors preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi with working knowledge of English.
- Willing to travel extensively (70–80%) within the assigned cluster.
- Must own a two/four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
