Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager & Internal Operations Auditor to monitor customer satisfaction, audit internal operations, and ensure process, inventory, licensing, and billing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Review client queries, complaints, pending issues, and resolution timelines.
- Audit actual sales and activated licences against billed licences.
- Conduct inventory and operational audits and report discrepancies.
- Monitor internal processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review operational performance.
- Meet clients when required to understand and resolve their concerns.
- Prepare audit reports, observations, and corrective-action plans.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Support, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Travel to client locations whenever required.

Eligibility and Skills

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer success, operations, internal auditing, or process management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, auditing,



and customer management.
- Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team-coordination skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and ensure timely corrective action.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, HMIS, SaaS, or technology companies is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Remuneration

- Monthly salary: ₹45,000–₹65,000
- Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, operational knowledge, and auditing capabilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
