We are looking for a responsible and reliable Field Executive to handle Proof of Delivery (POD) collection, bill submissions, and coordination between clients and internal teams. The role requires regular field visits, timely documentation handling, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect Proof of Delivery (PODs) from clients, warehouses, and transport partners
- Submit invoices and bills to customers on time
- Follow up with clients for pending PODs and payments documentation
- Ensure proper filing and updating of POD records (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance) for discrepancies
- Maintain daily reports of visits, collections, and submissions
- Track and update delivery and documentation status
- Handle basic client communication during field visits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
- Basic understanding of logistics, billing, or documentation processes
- Ability to travel locally on a regular basis
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Required Skills
- Valuable communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and Excel (preferred)
- Strong time management & reliability
- Attention to detail in handling documents
Preferred Experience
- Experience in logistics, courier, transport, or billing roles
- Familiarity with POD handling and invoice submission
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
