Role Overview*

As a Holiday Cruise Sales Expert, you will help customers plan their perfect cruise holiday by understanding their preferences and recommending premium cruise experiences. You will drive sales through inbound, outbound, and WhatsApp channels while delivering world-class customer service.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Convert leads into bookings through effective sales conversations.

* Recommend personalized cruise packages based on customer requirements.

* Upsell premium cabins, suite experiences, dining, spa, and onboard services.

* Manage customer interactions professionally and ensure a seamless booking journey.

* Handle high-net-worth clients with a customer-first approach.

* Maintain CRM records and track sales performance.

* Stay updated on cruise itineraries, offers, and promotions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
