About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a Work From Home (WFH) basis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize campaign performance through continuous optimization.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines while working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or email marketing is a plus.
- Experience managing campaigns for B2B, B2C, or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
