Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
