Key Responsibilities
Research product features and gather info from SMEs to develop comprehensive documentation.
Write, edit, and maintain a variety of documentation types: user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting procedures,
API references, and technical specifications.
Simplify complex technical concepts into language that suits non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to clarify content and meet documentation standards.
Ensure consistency in style, tone, format, and documentation architecture across all materials.
