We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience who can quickly understand product requirements and start contributing with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in analog and power electronics, embedded hardware design, and real-time communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop analog and power electronic circuits
- Work on embedded hardware platforms (STM, ESP-based systems)
- Design and optimize power supply circuits
- Work with energy metering ICs and related designs
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliance and testing
- Implement communication protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, and Modbus
- Perform hardware debugging, testing, and validation
- Collaborate with firmware/software teams for system integration
- Understand existing products and enhance or modify them efficiently

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Analog Circuit Design
- Good knowledge of Power Electronics
- Expertise in Embedded Hardware Design (STM, ESP)
- Experience with Energy Metering ICs
- Understanding of EMI/EMC Design Standards
- Hands-on experience in Power Supply Design
- Knowledge of communication protocols: RS485, Ethernet, Modbus





Additional Important Skills:

- PCB design experience using tools like Altium / KiCad / Eagle
- Circuit simulation tools (LTspice, Proteus, etc.)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and peripherals (ADC, DAC, UART, SPI, I2C)
- Understanding of hardware testing tools (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Logic Analyzer)
- Basic knowledge of firmware/hardware integration
- Experience in product development lifecycle
- Documentation and schematic design skills

Experience:

- 3–6 years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in product-based companies
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
