We are looking for a housekeeping supervisor who manages day-to-day cleaning operations, staff coordination, and quality control. Key duties include assigning daily tasks, inspecting facilities, and managing inventory.
Staff Management and Training
- Assign daily cleaning routines and shifts to staff members.
- Provide orientation and hands-on training for current hires.
- Monitor team performance and address attendance or conduct.
Quality Control and Inspections
- Inspect rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet cleanliness standards.
- Report property damages and maintenance needs for fast repair.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Inventory and Guest Services
- Track and reorder cleaning supplies, chemicals, and linens.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special instructions.
- Help clean rooms and spaces directly during staff shortages
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
