We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our daily financial tasks. You will handle data entry, bank reconciliation, and GST processing to keep our books accurate and compliant.Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Log daily sales, purchases, and expenses into our accounting software.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match monthly bank statements with internal ledgers to fix errors.
- GST Compliance: Check vendor GSTINs, sort CGST/SGST/IGST, and prep data for tax returns.
- Bookkeeping Support: Assist senior accountants with bills, invoices, and audit folders.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- Proven experience with data entry and basic bank matching.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho) and MS Excel.
- Solid attention to detail and good number skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
