Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Align content with key hospital priorities: specialties, doctors, locations, and campaigns
- Drive both awareness and lead generation

Content Planning & Creation

- Build monthly content calendars (reels, carousels, static posts)
- Work with doctors, designers, and agencies to create impactful content
- Simplify complex medical information into engaging formats

Doctor & Brand Building

- Work closely with key doctors to build their digital presence
- Balance doctor-led content with institutional brand building
- Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms

Analytics & Reporting

- Track performance metrics: reach,



engagement, leads, conversions
- Generate monthly reports with actionable insights
- Continuously optimize content based on performance

Key Skills Required

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Content thinking (hooks, storytelling, engagement)
- Basic understanding of paid campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (doctors, agencies, internal teams)
- Data-driven mindset

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
