Job Summary

ASBIM Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior BIM MEP Modeller to join our Pune office. We are seeking motivated professionals with 8 months to 1.5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling who are passionate about delivering high-quality BIM solutions and growing their careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services using Autodesk Revit.
- Model ductwork, piping, plumbing, cable trays, conduits, and related MEP components.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure model accuracy and quality.
- Assist in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.
- Update models based on design revisions, mark-ups, and coordination comments.
- Follow project BIM standards, templates, and modelling workflows.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.
- Understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.




- Ability to read engineering and construction drawings.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 Months – 1.5 Years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling.
- Experience on Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, or Infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
